Purchases and refunds
In-app purchases are handled by Apple. For billing, refunds, or subscription questions, use Apple’s support channels. If the app offers restore purchases, use that feature with the same Apple ID you used to buy.

When you write in, include your device model, iOS version, and app version if you can. A short description of what happened and what you expected helps us investigate.
