GlyphStage app and glyphstage.com
These terms govern your use of the GlyphStage mobile application and the glyphstage.com website (together, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Use of the Service
You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You agree not to misuse the Service, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it in unauthorized ways.
License
Subject to these terms and applicable store rules, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on devices you own or control. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service except as allowed by law or with our written permission.
Purchases
Digital goods and subscriptions offered in the app are sold through Apple’s App Store. Payment, billing, refunds, and subscription management are handled by Apple under their terms. Where the app provides a restore-purchases feature, use it with the same Apple ID you used to buy.
Content
The Service, including text, graphics, and software, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You receive no ownership rights in the Service by using it.
Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service.
Changes
We may change the Service or these terms at any time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Check this page for the current version.
